    • Dynamic structuring (breath focus, texture focus, weight focus, etc.)

    Ideal For:
    New instructors, beginning writers, and band directors covering guard responsibilities, but writing choreography in-house.

  • Tier 2: Starting at $750

    Show Flow + Choreography Map + Continuous Consult

    An expanded blueprint for instructors stepping into full design roles. ghostFLOW offers structural clarity, design based choreographic logic, and ongoing support and consultation to ensure the choreography you’re writing develops smoothly.

    Includes:

    • Everything in ghostSHEET

    • Logical Choreography Map (pacing, vocabulary listings, effort pacing)

    • Musical pacing of choreographic impacts (if music is available)

    • Continuous consult for revisions, help, and problem-solving

    Ideal For:
    Instructors developing their own design identity and wanting guidance without handing over authorship of the choreography.

    Spot Fixes + Fill-Ins + Micro Edits

    A lightweight choreographic support tier for instructors who need targeted help closing gaps in phrases, in between sections, or any other spots of the show. ghostFILL smooths transitions, fills empty moments, and provides quick solutions where a show needs just a bit more content, clarity, or momentum.

    Includes:

    • Short phrase fixes

    • Filling in the choreo gaps

    • Minor edits to the flow of the overall choreography

    Ideal For:
    Busy designers, multi-program instructors, or anyone needing efficient, low-impact support.

  • Tier 5: Starting at $1500

    Extended Show Writing + Expanded Vocabulary + Skill Advancing Traits

    A complete, full equipment choreography package for instructors needing a fully realized choreographic story created from start to finish. ghostWrite is the most robust option, providing you with a strong, extended vocabulary, integrated responsibilities, and a consistent stylistic identity while remaining uncredited and completely behind the scenes.

    Includes:

    • All equipment choreography for the entire show (or whichever sections requested)

    • Phrase Flow + dynamic pacing across all equipment

    • Full count sheet (with small outline suggestions)

    • Coordinated event mapping (tosses, weapon/flag moments, section developments, impacts)

    • Skill & event upgrade suggestions

    • Continuous consult + video review as needed

    Ideal For:
    Instructors who are lacking time to write a full show, programs wanting expanded vocabulary without naming an external choreographer, band directors or booster-run teams needing cohesive choreography, and newer teams (or instructors) seeking a professional-grade choreographic foundation.

How It Works

  • Share any relevant information needed depending on the service selected; what sections to fill, skill level, show themes, etc. anything that helps me get a better scope of your request.

  • Craft a clear path that allows us to accomplish the selected tier while helping the ensemble's skill level grow, meet show demands, and increase their vocabulary.

    Finalize the tier, scope, and season agreement.

  • Produce, refine, and consult based on the selected tier and requested timeline.

  • Receive continuous consult, revisions, and seasonal alignment.

Ethical Guardrails

Usage Limit

Clients may use GhostWork Solutions for a maximum of 4 seasons (winter & fall) before you are barred. This ensures the end goal for the client is focused on an instructional and educational actuality.

Creative Identity Ownership

All “ghost” support is designed to work in tandem to develop your voice. GhostWork Solutions will not continue services if a program becomes completely dependent. Self-realized growth and confidence in writing is the ultimate goal of the client.

Single-Ensemble Usage Restriction

Choreography and teaching materials may only be used by the original ensemble; no resale, redistribution, or sharing between programs is allowed. 

Growth & Development Requirement

If a client does not show a want for their own self growth over time, GhostWork Solutions will discontinue service.

Strict Confidentiality Policy

Any and all Ghost Work must remain fully confidential; only the instructor, director, and essential hiring personnel may be aware of the collaboration unless explicit written permission is granted.

Availability & Client Capacity

GhostWork Solutions accepts inquiries year-round, but operates under a strict client-capacity model to ensure high-quality, individualized work for every program.

Seasonal Availability

  • Fall & winter seasons are both eligible for booking at any time.

  • Summer Season (drum corps and soundsport) is eligible for booking only from April – July.

  • Early inquiries are encouraged to secure availability before tiers reach capacity.

Booking Policy

Tiers are assigned on a first-come, first-serve basis.

  • A project is considered booked only after contract + deposit.

  • Clients who inquire after capacity is full may join the waitlist or book for the next season.

Client Capacity

To maintain the integrity, depth, and value given to each project:

  • A limited number of clients are accepted within each fall season.

  • A limited number of clients are accepted within each winter season.

  • Capacity varies by tier; Tiers 1, 2, & 3 have 5 slots each while Tiers 4 & 5 have 3 slots each).

  • Once seasonal capacity is reached, additional inquiries are placed on a waitlist.

Do you offer visual design or staging?

Yes, but not as a “ghost” service and not through GhostWork Solutions since this service is focused on choreographic guidance, but full visual design or staging can be purchased here.

Do you teach virtually or in person?

Teaching services are not included in core tiers; select tiers may involve consult or video review only.

Do you work with scholastic, independent, or both?

GhostWork Solutions supports both scholastic and independent programs, pending availability and capacity.

Do you adjust choreography if our roster changes?

Yes — tier-dependent. Minor student-role changes or roster adjustments can be accommodated.

Is there a difference between fall and winter pricing?

Pricing varies by tier chosen but for a general range, you can expect $450 for the lowest tier up to the $1500 range for the higher tier.

Do you take emergency or last-minute projects?

Yes, depending on capacity. Reach out immediately to check current availability.

How quickly can a tier be delivered?

Delivery timelines depend on season, tier, and current capacity. Estimated timelines are provided during the inquiry process.

Do you help programs with limited staff or first-year directors?

Yes. Many clients come from programs undergoing transitions or rebuilding; tiers can be matched to your current structure.

Can you work with a show that’s already partially written?

Absolutely. ghostBOOST and ghostFILL are specifically designed for mid-season or partial-writing support.

What if my team’s skill level isn’t strong?

Choreography can be written to match realistic development arcs, with skill-building traits embedded into the design. ghostBOOST is designed to challenge your students while keeping achievement a priority.

How early should I book?

As soon as possible, since capacity is limited and seasons fill quickly. Booking early ensures first-choice tier availability.

Can we request changes after delivery?

Each tier includes its own revision or consult structure; additional adjustments are always possible depending on capacity.

Will the choreography look like your personal style?

Only if requested. The priority is alignment with your identity, not mine. This entire system was idealized with the intent to help instructors gain confidence in their own writing while being mentored and boosted without breaking their boosters budgets.

What information do you need before writing?

Show concept or theme, music, ensemble skill level, staffing structure (who is learning the choreography to then teach), and any existing choreography or design plans.

Can I combine tiers?

Yes. Tiers can be combined or upgraded based on client needs and seasonal availability.

Do you offer concept or thematic guidance?

Yes — some tiers include aesthetic direction, event logic, and pacing recommendations aligned with your concept.

Do you match choreography to our existing technique program?

Yes. Choreography can be written to reflect your program’s style, vocab, and technique priorities.

Can you help me develop a vocab style for my program?

If wanted, yes — ghostFLOW and ghostBOOST naturally support the creation of a cohesive, reusable equipment vocabulary. These services are NOT meant to be complete “full show packages” and are meant to be utilized with respect to the Client’s own growth and career path as well.

Payment can be made online through invoice using most major forms of digital payment, and full secure checkout instructions are provided once your tier is confirmed.
