different styles of spinning and technique

any marching member wanting to get a warm-up and (easier) practice session in

any new spinner with no group around them wanting to start learning the basics, lingo, or vibe of some colorguard teams

Important Information

Please remember this is a Sit-In Rehearsal so there will be NO options to comment or interact with me (or other viewers) during these rehearsals as my time is focused on my students every second I can get, but you will be sent a message sometime after the rehearsal ends asking if you had any questions or need help with anything that I taught, said, or did during the class. 😄
